Our services are provided on a custom basis. Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon separately for each project.
Payment Terms

- Setup fees are due upon project commencement
- Monthly retainers are billed in advance
- Late payments may result in service suspension
Modifications and Cancellations
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use our services. Either party may terminate the relationship with written notice, subject to any active project agreements.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lean Dynamics.
